1. Description of the Service

TrAi Style, operated by TrAi Style Moda ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri, is an AI-powered virtual try-on and fashion discovery platform. Our services include:

• Creating a personal avatar (virtual twin) from your photo
• Virtual try-on (photo and video)
• AI stylist and outfit recommendations
• Digital closet and favorites
• Fashion community: posts, feed, voting, comments, stories, follows and messaging (DM)
• Browsing the catalog and linking out to seller sites

2. Account and Age Requirement

• You agree to provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for your account security and the confidentiality of your password.
• Each user may generally hold one account; report suspicious activity to us.

3. Your Content and Limited License

• You own the rights to the photos and content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license, limited to what is necessary to provide the service you request (try-on, avatar, sharing). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
• You warrant that you upload only photos of yourself or that you are authorized to use. Uploading others' photos without permission is prohibited.
• You may use generated avatars and images for personal purposes.

4. Community and Acceptable Use

When sharing in the community you must respect other users' rights. The following are strictly prohibited:

We may review reported content, remove violating content, and suspend or close accounts. Tools to report content and block users are provided.

5. Subscription, Free Tier and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

• Browsing the catalog, the digital closet and photo virtual try-on are available on the free tier.
• The free tier is subject to daily and monthly fair-use limits shown in the app, which may change.

5.2 Premium Subscription

• Premium is a monthly-renewing digital subscription offering higher try-on limits and advanced features.
• The current price (incl. VAT) is shown at checkout and may change; existing subscribers are notified in advance of price changes.
• The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Certain intensive operations, such as video generation, may require additional usage allowance, indicated before the operation.

5.3 Payment Channel

Payments are currently taken over the web through a secure payment provider; your card details are held by the provider and not stored by us. In mobile app versions, payments may be made through the relevant app store's in-app purchase system (IAP), and the store's rules apply.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Service)

Subscriptions and digital services are supplied instantly by electronic means. Under distance-selling rules, where performance begins with your express prior consent and you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal right cannot be exercised for services that have been fully performed. Applicable consumer rights for unused periods are reserved.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence

• They may not always be perfect and can differ from real appearance.
• They are for reference and should not be the sole basis for a purchase.
• They are continuously being improved.

8. Intellectual Property

• The app, design, logo, trademarks and content belong to TrAi Style; unauthorized copying, modification or distribution is prohibited.
• You retain the rights to the content you upload (see Section 3).
• "Buy" links direct you to third-party seller sites; TrAi may earn a commission and is not responsible for third-party products/services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor the accuracy of AI results or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages, service interruptions, or third-party content/services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer-law rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

• You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law; for serious violations, action may be taken without notice.
• We may discontinue or change the service with reasonable notice.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumers in Türkiye retain the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts according to monetary thresholds.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
